Dr. Hay or Dr. Daniel, is a dedicated family medicine / osteopathic medicine physician, with over 25 yrs of experience providing comprehensive healthcare to families in the Orlando area. He has seen over 13,000+ patients in his practice alone and many more while working as a Hospitalist. In addition to managing his busy practice Dr. Daniel occasionally finds the time to teach medical students, nurse practitioner students, physician assistant students, nursing students and medical assistant students. Although, a staunch proponent of preventative care, he treats chronic diseases, perform minor surgeries, treat most pediatric illnesses and performing osteopathic manipulative treatments when indicated.

Dr.Ricardo is a seasoned cardiology specialist and trained flight surgeon in

the last four (4) Presidents in Brazil and has over 40+ years of experience in his
field. Semi-retired, he teaches and instructs other
providers on best medical practices and
serves as a chief consultant of our novel “Preventative Care Program
Erlane serves as the practice’s manager and liaison. She directs and organizes the practice’s
operations, staffing, billing
and directives. She coordinates training and assesses
staff competence and best
medical practices.
Administration / Human Resources
Ms. Stefano serves as Assistant Office Manager and office management liaison. She assists and coordinates new staff hiring, training and office operations. She also assists with the practices compliance with insurance companies, HIPAA compliance and best practices compliance.

Dr. Rodriguez was born and raised in Cuba. He obtained his medical degree there and is a trained General Surgeon, with over 30 yrs experience. He currently serves as one of our dedicated advanced practice providers.
Dr. Penissi is a native of Venezuela. He is a trained General and Bariatric Surgeon with over 30+ yrs experience. The newest of our team, he serves as one of our dedicated advanced practice providers.
