Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that schedules change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may incur a $50 fee, which is not covered by insurance. To cancel or reschedule, call us at (407) 802-3233

Billing & Insurance Claims

We will submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf. You are reponsible for:

Copays and deductibles at the time of service
Any balance not covered by insurance
Providing accurate insurance information

HSA/FSA Cards & Receipts

We gladly accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards for eligible medical expenses.
Itemized receipts for reimbursement are available upon request and will be provided after each visit.
